Stuttgart, Germany, August 26, 2021 - Auditing and consulting firm Ebner Stolz provided comprehensive financial due diligence support to funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (Bregal) on the acquisition of a majority stake in Laird Thermal Systems (LTS).
LTS develops and manufactures thermal management solutions for a wide range of important applications. LTS products are used in a range of equipment in the areas of medicine and diagnostics as well for analytics, industrial, transport and traffic, consumer electronics, and telecommunications. Revenues of the company, which employs around 460 people, have recently been growing at an annual rate of around 10%.
